1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of all quotations, offers, order acceptances, acknowledgments, and confirmations issued by AL DAMANI CATERING EQUIPMENT TRADING LLC . By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms unless expressly waived or amended in writing by the Seller.
Any quotation issued by the Seller is deemed as an invitation to offer and does not constitute a legally binding agreement. The Seller reserves the right to revise or withdraw any quotation prior to the dispatch of goods.
2. Quotations and Purchase Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

Acceptance of a quotation must be made in writing by submitting an official Purchase Order.

The Buyer shall provide full specifications within the Purchase Order. Any modifications must be pre-approved in writing by the Seller.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-
50% advance payment is required along with the Purchase Order (via cash or current-dated cheque).
-
The remaining 50% must be settled before delivery of goods.
All payments should be made as per the payment instructions provided on the invoice. Orders will be processed upon clearance of the advance amount.
4. Availability & Lead Time
-
In-stock items will be dispatched per the confirmed delivery schedule.
-
For non-stock items, delivery will typically occur within 12–14 working weeks.
-
Priority deliveries (e.g., courier, air freight, etc.) will incur additional charges.
5. Delivery Conditions
-
Delivery timelines are estimated in good faith and are not considered binding.
-
Delays in delivery, including partial deliveries, shall not entitle the Buyer to cancel the contract or claim damages.

Title and ownership of goods remain with the Seller until full payment is received.

Goods must be inspected upon delivery, and any discrepancies or damages must be reported immediately to our customer service. Once the delivery note is signed, no claims will be accepted.
Site Requirements
-
The Buyer must ensure all civil, electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation provisions are completed as per the approved MEP drawings.
-
Governmental and regulatory approvals at the site are solely the Buyer’s responsibility.
-
Delivery includes ground floor drop-off only unless otherwise agreed. Stair access, elevator use, or placement beyond the ground floor must be arranged in advance.
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation:
A Purchase Order may only be cancelled by written notice and under the following conditions:
-
Before dispatch of goods (for standard stocked items).
-
Before the Seller places purchase orders with suppliers (for non-stock items).
-
Before production commences (for custom-built items).
Any cancellations after these stages will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.
Modifications:
Any change requested after manufacturing has started will be subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges. Work on such changes will only begin after payment is received for the revised scope.
7. Custom Orders
-
All custom-manufactured equipment requires a minimum of 25 working days from final design approval.

Any delay in site readiness or final approval from the Buyer may affect delivery timelines.
-
If the Buyer delays acceptance of goods by more than 7 days beyond the scheduled date, full payment becomes due and payable.

If storage exceeds 30 days, warehousing charges will be levied.
8. Product Representation
-
Images, technical drawings, and specifications provided are indicative only and subject to change.
-
Variations do not entitle the Buyer to compensation or cancellation unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Return Policy
-
No returns or claims for damages, quantity, or discrepancies will be accepted after the delivery order is signed.
-
Partial deliveries may be accepted with remarks noted at the time of delivery.
10. International Orders & Services
-
Delivery outside the UAE, Oman, and Qatar does not include unpacking, positioning, assembly, or installation unless arranged in advance.
-
Charges for additional services can be paid via wire transfer and must be cleared before dispatch.
11. Governing Law
All transactions, contracts, and obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
12. Additional Notes on Delivery
-
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) for stocked items will be dispatched the next working day.
-
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doors and into the final installation location. Failed deliveries due to access issues will incur extra transportation charges.
